1. Agreement Overview:

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("Client," "You," or "Your") and Home Helpers Commercial & Domestic Cleaners Ltd ("Home Helpers," "We," "Us," or "Our") concerning the use of our cleaning services. By engaging our services, you confirm your agreement to these Terms.

2. Services:

Home Helpers provides professional domestic and commercial cleaning services as agreed with the Client. Services may include one-off or regular cleaning appointments. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services based on operational needs or site-specific circumstances.

3. Payments:

Payment is due in full upon completion of each service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or standing order. Late payments may incur additional charges and could result in service suspension or termination.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• One-off appointments: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to the full service charge.
• Regular/Recurring Services: A minimum of four (4) weeks’ written notice is required to cancel, pause, or amend regular cleaning services (e.g., weekly, fortnightly, or monthly cleans). Notice must be sent to: enquiries@homehelperscleaners.com. All cleans scheduled within the notice period will remain chargeable.

5. Access to Premises:

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the premises at the scheduled cleaning time. If access is not available and we are unable to complete the service, a cancellation fee may apply.

6. Confidentiality:

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All client data, keys, and entry codes are stored securely and treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share your information with third parties.

7. Damage and Public Liability:

Home Helpers is fully insured for public liability and accidental damage. If damage is caused by our staff through proven negligence, we will repair or replace the item up to the value covered by our insurance policy. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of the service. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Items of exceptional value unless declared in advance
• Natural wear and tear

Clients are advised to remove or secure valuable or delicate items before cleaning.

8. Complaints:

Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. Complaints received later may not qualify for remedial action. We may offer to re-clean the affected area free of charge, subject to management review.

9. Termination:

Either party may terminate services by written notice. For regular cleaning services, a four (4) week notice period is required. Any appointments scheduled during this period are still payable. We reserve the right to terminate services with immediate effect for:

• Non-payment
• Unsafe working conditions
• Repeated cancellations or misuse of service

All outstanding payments must be cleared at the point of termination.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of English courts.

11. Entire Agreement:

These Terms represent the full agreement between the Client and Home Helpers, superseding any prior oral or written understandings.

12. Amendments:

Home Helpers reserves the right to amend these Terms. Any updates will be published on our website and shared with Clients where applicable. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
