1. Agreement Overview:

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Client," "You," or "Your") and Home Helpers Commercial & Domestic Cleaners Ltd ("Home Helpers," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing the use of our cleaning services. By engaging our services, you agree to adhere to these Terms.

2. Services:

Home Helpers cleaning specialists will provide professional domestic and commercial cleaning as agreed upon with the Client. We reserve the right to modify or terminate services based on the requirements and circumstances.

3. Payments:

Payment for services is due in full upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and electronic transfers. Failure to pay within the specified time may result in additional charges and service termination.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Access to Premises:

The Client agrees to provide access to the premises at the scheduled cleaning time. In case of inability to access the premises, a cancellation fee may be charged.

6. Confidentiality:

Home Helpers agrees to keep all client information and keys confidential. We will not share, sell, or distribute client information to third parties.

7. Damage and Public Liability:

Home Helpers is insured against accidental damage and public liability. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, we will repair or replace the damaged item, up to the limits of our insurance coverage. Clients are encouraged to report any damage promptly. However, Home Helpers will not be held liable for pre-existing damages or items of exceptional value, unless explicitly stated and agreed upon in writing. Clients are advised to secure or remove such items before cleaning.

8. Complaints:

Any complaints or issues regarding our services must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. We will investigate and, if necessary, re-clean the specific area at no additional cost.

9. Termination:

Either party may terminate the cleaning services with written notice. Outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Home Helpers, superseding any prior agreements, oral or written, between the parties.

12. Amendments:

Home Helpers reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified Terms.
