This End-User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Home Helpers Operating System ("HHOS"), operated by Home Helpers – Commercial & Domestic Cleaners Ltd.

HHOS is a business management and integration system designed to connect authorised business services and provide reporting, analysis, forecasting, operational information and automation.

HHOS may integrate with third-party services including accounting, customer management, banking, scheduling, communications, marketing and other business systems.

Subject to this Agreement, Home Helpers – Commercial & Domestic Cleaners Ltd grants authorised users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use HHOS for legitimate business purposes.

No ownership rights in HHOS are transferred under this Agreement.

HHOS may access third-party services only where the appropriate account holder or authorised user has granted permission.

Connections may use authentication systems provided by the relevant third party, including OAuth.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to connect an account or service to HHOS.

Where HHOS is connected to QuickBooks Online, access is authorised through Intuit's authentication and authorisation process.

QuickBooks information may be processed by HHOS for legitimate business purposes including:

• accounting and financial reporting;
• invoice and payment monitoring;
• debtor and cash-flow management;
• financial forecasting;
• business performance analysis; and
• management reporting and decision support.

Access to QuickBooks may be disconnected or revoked through the relevant Intuit or QuickBooks account.

Information processed through HHOS will be handled in accordance with our published Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

HHOS does not acquire ownership of information obtained from connected third-party services.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures will be used to protect HHOS, authentication credentials and information processed through connected services.

Users must take reasonable steps to protect their own account credentials and prevent unauthorised access.

Users must not:

• use HHOS for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to HHOS or connected systems;
• interfere with the operation or security of HHOS;
• use HHOS to access information they are not authorised to access; or
• copy, distribute, sell or commercially exploit HHOS without written permission.

HHOS relies on third-party platforms, APIs and services.

Availability or functionality may therefore be affected by changes, interruptions or restrictions imposed by those providers.

Use of third-party services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.

HHOS is provided for business management and decision-support purposes.

While reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate and reliable information, users remain responsible for verifying important financial, accounting, tax, legal and operational decisions using appropriate source records and professional advice where necessary.

To the extent permitted by law, Home Helpers – Commercial & Domestic Cleaners Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from unavailable third-party services, inaccurate third-party data or unauthorised use of HHOS.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Access to HHOS may be suspended or terminated where necessary for security, legal, operational or compliance reasons.

Third-party integrations may also be disconnected at any time.

This Agreement may be updated as HHOS, its integrations or applicable requirements change.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
