Regular weekly domestic cleaning starts from £24 per hour.

Fortnightly cleaning starts from £25 per hour.

Deep cleaning and one-off cleaning are charged at £31.50 per hour.

Every home is different, but most customers underestimate how long a detailed professional clean takes.

As a guide, 2 to 3 hours may suit a smaller home or maintenance clean. Larger homes, first cleans and deep cleans often require 4 to 6 hours or more.

Regular cleaning can include tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen surfaces, general tidying and other agreed priorities.

What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?

Regular cleaning is designed to maintain a home that is already reasonably clean.

Deep cleaning is more detailed and allows extra time for areas such as skirting boards, doors, detailed bathroom cleaning, heavier build-up and areas that are not usually completed during a standard maintenance clean.

Yes. We provide one-off cleaning, deep cleaning, spring cleaning, move-in cleaning and other detailed domestic cleaning services. 

Yes. We can supply the required cleaning products and equipment. We will confirm what is included in your written quotation. 

Yes. Home Helpers carries the relevant business insurance for the cleaning services we provide. 

We use DBS-checked staff where the site or contract requires it, including education and other sensitive environments. 

We maintain a wider team and will make reasonable efforts to provide cover when an assigned cleaner is unavailable. 

Yes. You can contact our Gloucester office if you want to update your cleaning plan, add a priority area or change something before your next visit. 

Yes. We offer both weekly and fortnightly domestic cleaning, subject to availability in your area. 

Yes. This is often a good option if your home needs more detailed attention before moving onto a regular maintenance schedule. 

We do not currently provide full oven cleaning as a standalone service.

We can clean accessible exterior surfaces and some kitchen areas as part of an agreed clean.

Yes. Carpet and upholstery cleaning is available as a separate service, with prices starting from £50. 

Yes. Internal window cleaning is available as an additional service on selected bookings.
