Domestic cleaning is quoted according to the size of the premises, required tasks, frequency, access arrangements, and number of cleaning hours. We provide a written quotation following an initial discussion or site visit starting from £24 per hour.

Every property is different, so it's difficult to recommend an exact number of hours. As a guide, most customers underestimate the time needed for a professional clean because we clean to a much higher level of detail than a typical household clean.

If your property requires more time than you've booked, we'll let you know as soon as possible. You can then choose whether you'd like us to continue or complete as much as possible within the original booking time.

Yes. We can arrange early-morning, daytime, or evening cleaning, subject to team availability and access arrangements. We can be key holders too.

Yes. We can supply the required cleaning products and equipment. We will confirm what is included in your written quotation. 

Yes. Home Helpers carries the relevant business insurance for the cleaning services we provide. 

We use DBS-checked staff where the site or contract requires it, including education and other sensitive environments. 

We maintain a wider team and will make reasonable efforts to provide cover when an assigned cleaner is unavailable. 

Yes. We provide one-off deep cleans, planned periodic cleaning, and specialist services alongside regular commercial cleaning.
