We visit your school to understand the building, cleaning requirements, access arrangements, safeguarding requirements and current cleaning schedule. 

You receive a clear written quotation setting out the proposed cleaning hours, frequency, schedule and services included. 

We create a site-specific cleaning checklist covering classrooms, washrooms, offices, halls, staff areas and other agreed spaces. 

Suitable cleaners are assigned to your school and briefed on the cleaning plan, access arrangements and site requirements. Attendance is recorded for scheduled visits. 

We carry out supervisor checks and maintain ongoing communication throughout the contract. We can also provide holiday deep cleans and additional cleaning support where required. 

School holidays provide an excellent opportunity to address areas that may not receive the same level of attention during regular term-time cleaning.
